LIFE GROUPS FOR ALL ADULTS

  • Life with Jesus      

    Discussing foundational truths of life in Christ gives you an opportunity to grow, wherever you are in your faith journey.   If you are interested in becoming a member of Northbrook, Life with Jesus is the first step.


    The next session begins February 4.  Registration begins January 6.


  • Real Life  

    A relaxed environment, large group teaching, small group discussion and no homework is a great way to "test the water" of a LifeGroup experience. This fall, the topic is "Satisfied: Discovering Contentment in a World of Consumption."

    It's good to have abilities that can be turned into money. But it's even better to have skills that can bring you wealth that lasts forever! In the Book of Proverbs, King Solomon shares the kind of wisdom that you need in order to be skillful in making a life.

  • big questions / biblical answers

    Everyone has big questions––Where did we come from? Does science confirm the Bible? What is the purpose of life?  This study takes a look at answers found in the Bible.  Go from confusion to clarity with the help of God's Word and short videos to answer some of life's biggest questions.  Leader: Jeff Nelson

  • Celebrate Recovery

    Biblically-Based Recovery for Adults. Get help if you're struggling with various hurts, harmful habits or hang-ups to find a turning point in your life through Jesus Christ. Confidentiality valued. No registration needed - just come.

  • Grief share: A healing lifegroup for adults

    Adults who are grieving the death of someone close gain support from people who understand, want to offer comfort, and hope to encourage you during this difficult time of life. 13 weeks.  Cost: $15 for the book

  • Divorce care

    Support in a group setting for adults who are separated or divorced. Experienced leaders understand and care about you. Work toward recovering from the pain and rebuilding your life.   13 weeks.  Cost: $15 for the book

  • Family Mental health support group

    Support Group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances.

  • Junior High Life Groups     

    This is how to GROW! Meet weekly to learn more about how to love God and love others in everyday, real life situations. (September through May)

    Sundays 9:30 – 10:30 AM in the Student Center.

  • Senior High Life Groups        

    Enjoy food and games, and dig into real, sometimes rough subjects!

    This fall the student groups will do a small group study "Follow", by Andy Stanley.
