Life Groups at Northbrook are small groups that meet for Friendship, Faith, and Fun.

Find one for you: All Adults, Men, Women, Couples, Healing, Twenties, Senior Adults, Students

All groups meet at Northbrook unless listed as a "home group".

  • Twenties group:  SUmmer Hang-out!

    Join us as we take a break from the books and enjoy cookouts, yard games, and great conversations around a fire. A life group focused on building relationships and taking advantage of summer nights. Led by Taylor Klopatek and Sam Osterberg

  • Senior Adults fellowship and bible study

    The Book of Revelation - Explore God’s message concerning the future, grasp the meaning of each verse, understand the symbols and get the big picture of God’s promises for those who believe in Him.

  • Marriage: The Marriage toolbox

    Learn the relationship skills you need to communicate well, problem-solve life's challenges and meet each other's needs.  Leaders: Paul and Jeri Robertson

  • Life with Jesus      

    Discussing foundational truths of life in Christ gives you an opportunity to grow, wherever you are in your faith journey.   If you are interested in becoming a member of Northbrook, Life with Jesus is the first step.  (8 weeks)

  • Real LifE: WInter/Spring season

    A relaxed environment, large group teaching, small group discussion and no homework is a great way to "test the water" of a LifeGroup experience. 

    This season, studying "Relying on the Holy Spirit," we'll learn more of God's character and how to experience His presence in our lives.

  • Real LIfe: SUmmer Season

    "Making Space for What Matters Most" 

    Do you feel too busy to make time for the things that are most important? This study gleans wisdom from the Book of Proverbs and from the example of Jesus to show you how to center your life on the things that matter most to God and to you as a follower of Christ. 

    Wednesdays 7 – 8:30,  June 12 – July 24  (except July 3)

  • Awake: The call to a renewed life

    This study looks at several places in the Bible where God called people to return to Him. It's a call for us, too—a call to experience revival and awakening personally and in our churches.

  • Distinct: Living above the norm

    In everything from our character to our relationships to the way we love other people, we were made to stand apart from the crowd. Every day is filled with opportunities for us to blend into the norm — or to be distinct.

  • Making Space: Doing what matters most

    Bring a friend and come discover self-care that will nourish your soul and deepen your faith. In this study, we'll walk through the pages of Two Inches of Wool and learn how to prioritize your daily lifestyle choices to have the greatest impact on your well-being, your relationship with God and with others.

    Conversation, coffee, an eclectic mix of speakers, and great discussion combine for the perfect blend of laughter and learning.  For moms of all ages!

  • Grief share: A healing lifegroup for adults

    Adults who are grieving the death of someone close gain support from people who understand, want to offer comfort, and hope to encourage you during this difficult time of life. 13 weeks.  Cost: $15 for the book

  • Family Mental health support group

    Support Group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances.   Leader: Paulette Eck
